Lately more and more have reached out asking me to speak and share and my opinions as an industry "expert." I am not sure what this means or how I got tagged with the dubious title of "expert". Nevertheless I am flattered that the time and energy I invest in this space is recognized.
Last week, Cultureslurp asked for my thoughts Online Marketing Trends 2012: Opinions from the Experts. I shared the following predictions:
- Continued focus on privacy: how much info are consumers willing to sacrifice in exchange for targeted experiences and discounts
- Shift from enterprise spend to challenge of enterprise adoption, as software investments face hurdles of internal change management and difficulty measuring the value of 2011’s investments
- Google+: how can/should brands participate as impact becomes impossible to ignore
Please take a moment to read the post in full - you'll find many others interesting predictions, who were included in the post. What do you think? Are we experts?
I invite your expert opinion here, so don't be afraid to comment and share your thoughts below.
